Shipping Times

Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We process most orders in 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Willow Lane is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Shipping Providers & Return to Sender (RTS)

If you do not select a shipping provider, orders will be shipped with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS does not service your area and the order is returned to sender, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders that are RTS.
